Thank you for doing such a great job moving our furnace! Getting it out of the closet in the middle of our downstairs family room area and placing it in the attic has been wonderful for us. We no longer have the noise in our family room (where we spend most of our time) every time the heater or air conditioner turns on. In our future remodel plans, we’ll be able to remove that entire closet and open up our kitchen and family room into a nice “great room.” You were a pleasure to work with, Don. You really put a lot of thought into all the details of moving the furnace… carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. Both you and your helpers arrived when you told me you would and worked efficiently, cleaning up after yourselves as you went along. Aspen (Don, Aaron and Rob), from the moment they showed up on the doorstep, were honest and truly willing to do what was right for my family. I was not sold on products I didn't need and Don brought up getting proper city permits for installation (other contractors didn't mention permits until I did and they wanted to push the permits off to me as the homeowner). The bidding/ contracting was the lowest price for the same equipment with a longer warranty, between three local HVAC contractors.
